Deanna Byrne

Deanna is the Office Managing Partner in the Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Previously she led the PwC Philadelphia Consumer and Industrial Products and Services team. She has over 25 years of diversified accounting, auditing, and financial reporting experience serving the healthcare, consumer product and industrial products industries.

Deanna has experience serving multinational and domestic public registrants, private equity portfolio companies and not for profit institutions. Her broad experience includes assisting clients with capital markets, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisition transactions, and the myriad of related accounting, restructuring, valuation and reporting issues.

Deanna is a graduate of Drexel University and serves as a Drexel University Accounting Advisory Committee member. Deanna was named a 2010 Woman of Distinction by the Philadelphia Business Journal. She has also led the Philadelphia Womens’ Networking Circles, a PwC group focused on the inclusion and development of female professionals.
