Erin Deck is Chief Administrative Officer of Weeks Marine, Inc. headquartered in Cranford, NJ.

Erin returned in 2009 as a full-time employee with Kiewit’s Eastern District working as an assistant business manager at Willis Avenue Bridge, KieCore Payroll/Time Functional Lead, and Project Controller of Goethals Bridge Replacement.
In 2016, she started to take on more senior roles including district controller of Southeast, district controller of MECI, and finance director at Western Canada District.
Erin is chair of Women in Weeks’ organization and serves on several steering committees for Kiewit’s financial, business, equipment, HR, and project controls solutions.
Erin is a member of the NJ Professional Women in Construction chapter.
