Fran Dillard is Vice President and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Micron Technology, Inc. She brings more than 20 years of diversity leadership and HR experience. She has served as executive director of global diversity and inclusion enterprise programs, partnerships, and strategic solutions for Lockheed Martin Corporation. Prior to that, she was the global head of diversity and inclusion for Texas Instruments for 13 years. She earned a bachelor’s and an MBA degree from The University of Texas, Arlington.
