Gregg advises Fortune 500 and Private Equity firm Board’s & C-suites on portfolio rebalancing and M&A. He started his professional career in California at Kleiner Perkins in Silicon Valley working on investment thesis development and Board advisory to start-ups in software, hardware and technology industries. After moving to Philadelphia, he joined DuPont’s Corporate Development team working on long-term strategic planning and M&A. Starting his consulting career, he led 50 strategic studies for a pure play Strategy Consulting firm before joining Accenture as a Leader in their M&A Strategy practice where he now serves as a senior member of their Executive Leadership Team. He’s worked on over 200 transactions in 40+ countries across the deal life cycle driving tangible value for shareholders. Previously, Gregg served as Senior Adjunct Professor at Lebow teaching 12 graduate level courses on Strategy, M&A and Transactional Finance (FIN 640, FIN 760). He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife, three children and pets.

Gregg earned a BS in Physics and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. He also earned an advanced degree in Philosophy from Oxford University (Magdalen College).
