Helene’s core expertise lies in enterprise change management, program portfolio management and program management within global Fortune 500 companies. She has held executive-level positions in global technology both as CIO working directly with the business and as a leader of central corporate offices and shared services. Helene is passionate about building highly performant teams and pulling up talented people through the organization. She actively serves as an advisor to high-potential college students and was co-chair of the Women in Technology employee resource group at BNY Mellon for two years.
Helene holds her BS and MS in Information System & Technology from Drexel University, and an MBA from Rutgers University.
