Leadership Matters with Marc Vetr

Registration for this event has passed.

When Marc Vetri, one of Philadelphia’s most successful chefs, sold his Vetri Family restaurant group (including Alla Spina, Amis, Lo Spiedo, Osteria and Pizzeria Vetri) to Urban Outfitters in November, it left many in the industry scratching their heads. A partnership of this kind has never been seen before — but the Drexel business alumnus’ decision was a strategic one that merged two successful Philadelphia-based companies to create a more experiential and social retail experience.

Join LeBow College of Business and the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management as Chef Vetri discusses the business deal he describes as being “all about good people joining up with good people to collaborate on something fun and innovative.” Get the answers to the questions everyone has been asking and find out what’s next for the James Beard-nominated chef, author and businessman.

Submit your questions via Twitter using #askVetri or email to communications@lebow.drexel.edu.
