Cigna Case Competition

Cigna is a global health service company, dedicated to helping the people we serve to improve their health, well-being, and sense of security. For this competition, your team will analyze a Healthcare and Finance related business case involving real-world business issues in a one-day case competition and present your solution to current Cigna OLP Associates and LeBow Faculty. This will provide valuable resume experience and exposure to the Operations Leadership Program (OLP) at Cigna.

Registration Deadline: October 3rd, 2017 Competition Date: October 6th, 2017 at 5:30 pm

Registration and Requirements Due to the nature of the competition, participation is limited; not every application will be accepted into the competition.

• To participate in the competition, you must submit an application before the deadline of October 3rd, 2017.
• Open to junior and senior level students from LeBow College of Business, Dornsife School of Public Health, and the College of Nursing and Health Professions *Open to students considering a full-time position or internship within Cigna *Open to students in class and/or on co-op
• An interest in healthcare, finance, operations and a willingness to gain practical learning experience
• Students will need to provide a copy of their current resume
• Students will apply individually for the competition and be placed on a team of four

Team Structure Teams of 4 Students - (you will be placed on a team) The teams will include a mix of LeBow College of Business, Dornsife School of Public Health students and the College of Nursing and Health Professions students. Cigna believes the diverse perspective of both business and public health students will lead to stronger case solutions and an overall better learning experience.

Team Prizes 1st Place - $250 2nd Place - $150 3rd Place - $100
