In this engaging workshop facilitated by alumni speaker Rushab Kamdar, MBA/MS students will be equipped with frameworks and strategies to effectively discover, articulate and market their strengths in any professional scenario. They will learn how to identify their accomplishments, highlight their transferable skills and position themselves as valuable assets to prospective employers. Whether students are networking, interviewing or vying for promotions, they will learn how to refine their personal brands and create compelling narratives on what sets them apart from the competition.

About Rushab Kamdar:

Rushab Kamdar has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience owning 8 businesses across 10 diverse industries. He currently runs a professional development accelerator, where he helps business professionals become peak performers through workshops, coaching and digital courses.

Kamdar’s graduate school workshops are carefully designed to enhance participants’ business acumen, confidence and soft skills, enabling them to excel as standout job candidates and executive-minded professionals. For more than a decade, he has delivered these workshops to global MBA and master’s programs, equipping students with strategies and frameworks to develop the strengths necessary to secure coveted job opportunities.

In addition, he regularly conducts leadership and professional development workshops and delivers keynote speeches for top corporations including Google, Forbes and other Fortune 100 companies.

Kamdar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in international business and finance from Drexel University, and an MBA in finance from the Rutgers Business School.
