The Center for Corporate Governance serves as a leader in developing and advocating meaningful, substantive positions for corporate governance to guide directors and other practitioners as they lead and advise corporate Boards and discharge their fiduciary obligations.

Bringing together board chairs, corporate directors and senior executives to address the critical issues facing boards today. Directors Academy is a one and a half day Director focused educational program for “C-Suite” and board ready individuals who aspire to serve on public or private boards.

The 2015 Directors Dialogue is scheduled for April 2015. Additional information will be distributed once schedules are confirmed.
