The Center for Corporate Governance serves as a leader in developing and advocating meaningful, substantive positions for corporate governance to guide directors and other practitioners as they lead and advise corporate Boards and discharge their fiduciary obligations.

The 2015 Directors’ Dialogue is scheduled for Tuesday April 7, 2015.

Directors’ Roundtables are a quarterly breakfast series featuring prominent corporate, academic and nonprofit board leaders who provide insights on trends that directly affect the performance and success of public, private and nonprofit organizations.
