Executive MBAs are designed for working​ professionals looking ​for career advancement opportunities to executive management roles while continuing full-time employment​ to progress to senior management. ​With an Executive MBA, you’ll ​earn a comprehensive MBA with a special emphasis on leadership development.

The ideal EMBA candidate has more than 10 years of work experience and are either in an executive level position or on an executive track within their current company. Our EMBA students have a strong resume with average of 16 years of experience, including supervisory experience, and show a commitment to progress and personal growth.

The AACSB-accredited Drexel Executive MBA program can be completed in 18 months of study delivered over 20 months (with Decembers off) and focuses on developing student competencies in leadership, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in addition to advanced development of general business knowledge.
