Available MBA Degree Options

Our highly customizable Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree program offers accelerated full-time, part-time and online delivery options. We also offer an experiential residency-based Executive MBA program, which is housed in Drexel LeBow’s Office of Corporate and Executive Education.

Part-time MBA at Malvern students

At our Malvern campus, conveniently located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, you can earn the same MBA in a part-time hybrid delivery format.

Redesigned MBA Curriculum 

Drexel LeBow’s MBA program has been redesigned to provide an increased focus on cutting-edge topics and relevant business trends with a more practical and experiential-based approach. The redesign was based on feedback from students, faculty, alumni and industry experts to meet the changing needs in business and industry, ensuring our students are prepared to be the next generation of business leaders and changemakers. The revised program offers a revised curriculum, new concentrations and increased flexibility, allowing students to further customize their LeBow MBA.

Enhanced Core 

MBA students will develop a stronger foundation in core courses and fundamental principles of business administration and apply these principles to understanding our fast-changing business world and the impact on businesses. Additionally, adding Business Analytics for Managers to the required core courses gives students a deeper understanding of the applied problem solving that integrates technology and business problem solving to provide true value to businesses.

New Courses on Trending Topics 

To remain at the forefront of business, Drexel LeBow has always been committed to offering innovative topics, preparing students for their chosen professions and career paths.

These interdisciplinary courses in special topics include:

  • Rethinking Business Through Strategic Technology Trends, which focuses on generative AI, autonomic systems, cybersecurity meshes and more
  • Robotic Process Automation, focusing on automated, autonomous and autonomic decision intelligence.
  • Digital Twins, which focuses on understanding and analyzing the impact IoT and digital transformation have on businesses in a business context
  • Environment, Social, Governance (ESG), focusing on the integration of business perspectives with issues such as sustainability, DEI and governance

New Concentrations

Several concentrations are available to MBA students when building their studies, including new concentrations in:

STEM-designated MBA Concentrations

Several MBA concentrations are STEM-designated* and offer a comprehensive business education through a blend of interdisciplinary technical, quantitative and professional skills with the added benefit of participating in unique experiential learning opportunities. MBA STEM-designated concentrations allow students with F-1 visas to apply for a 24-month OPT extension, beyond the standard 12 months, if they meet noted criteria.

* STEM designation applies to students enrolled in the programs in fall 2023 or later.

More Flexibility for Students

Adding more flexibility allows each student to personalize their MBA to suit their unique needs. With new and existing concentrations, relevant course topics, graduate minors, stackable certificates and free electives from a variety of disciplines across the University, students have endless options available to them in creating the MBA that will lead them to the career paths they want, even if that means blazing an entirely new trail.


Note: These changes will affect current LeBow MBA students, giving them the opportunity to take advantage of the new courses and concentrations. Academic advisors will reach out to affected students and assist in updating current plans of study to meet new degree requirements.
