Carrol Franklyn is the Senior Director of HR Technology Portfolio Management at Comcast. She is a seasoned professional with years of experience in Software Development, HR Digital & Technology strategy, and Big 4 consulting. In her current role at Comcast, Carrol partners with various senior leaders to strategize and determine the enterprise-wide HR roadmap that enhances the employee experience, delivers innovative technical solutions, and influences the organization’s bottom line. She was honored as a 2019 Rising Leader by Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) as a result of her successful career achievements in the industry.
Prior to joining Comcast, Carrol had a successful career as a Technology Consultant by providing extensive consulting expertise and services to Fortune 50 companies through her tenure with world-renowned companies including PWC, Accenture, and IMS Health. While at PwC, she passionately served as the Greater Philadelphia Market employee resource group Chair for the Black Inclusion Network (BIN) and Multicultural Network, providing mentorship and actions towards the advancement of Black and underserved professionals.
Led by her passion for breaking down barriers, Carrol is currently transitioning into entrepreneurship and what she has come to know as her life’s work - creating an equal and equitable workforce for marginalized and underutilized communities. Stay tuned.
Carrol earned her Biomedical Engineering degree at Drexel University (’08). She is a proud Jamaican immigrant, mom, and wife, who enjoys traveling, laughing, and cooking.
