The Wilbur C. Henderson Real Estate Institute in the Bennett S. LeBow College of Business at Drexel University is dedicated to delivering a world-class academic experience built around hands-on practitioner learning that is instantly translatable to the real world.

Furthermore, the Henderson Real Estate Institute is dedicated to delivering world-class research, scholarship and innovation by leveraging the true power of Drexel. We provide the real estate industry and community leaders with comprehensive, solution-oriented services and infrastructure to support research, application and translation of discoveries to maximize impact and ROI. With a $10 million gift from the Wilbur C. and Betty Lea Henderson Foundation, the Henderson Real Estate Institute honors the legacy of Wilbur C. Henderson Jr., a 1947 alumnus, former Drexel trustee, World War II veteran, community leader and influential real estate developer in the Greater Philadelphia region.
