Cynthia Matje

Cynthia Matje is currently a Vice President in the Non-Profit & Healthcare Group at Citizens Commercial Bank where she is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and prospects in the social services, education, health services, and continuing care retirement community industries. After working as a financial analyst at a Philadelphia-based non-profit organization, Ms. Matje continued her career at Wachovia as an underwriting analyst. From there, Ms. Matje transitioned to Vice President on the Loan Sales & Syndications team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, and later was a Vice President on the Portfolio Management team. In 2018, Ms. Matje made the decision to transition back to the non-profit industry by joining the Non-Profit & Healthcare team Citizens Commercial Bank.

Ms. Matje graduated summa cum laude from Jefferson University (f/k/a Philadelphia University) with a BA in International Business and Finance. Ms. Matje later earned her MBA from Drexel University with concentrations in International Business and Finance. Ms. Matje currently sits on the Advisory Board for the School of Business at Jefferson University as well as the Take the Lead Committee for the Girl Scouts of Eastern PA. Ms. Matje resides in Glenside with her husband and two sons.
