Recent client engagements include:: US Lead Account Partner for Bayer U.S. a subsidiary of Bayer AG, a global enterprise with core competencies in the fields of healthcare, agriculture and high-tech polymer materials. Responsibilities include the development of key client executive relationships, customized service offerings in support of the client’s Global Strategy and continued growth in the US which is one of their three major markets.

Supported a biopharmaceutical company in their goal of optimizing and streamlining end-to-end processes across an organization to improve business performance and achieve operational excellence. KPMG deployed two teams - one focused on developing a Global Business Services Strategy & High-Level Design and the other to design and implementation SAP S4 HANA and other technologies.

Global Relationship Partner for Merck & Co. Primary responsibility of global relationship Partner to Merck & Co Inc., a designated Core Account. Responsibilities included management of key executive relationships, customized service offerings in support of the client’s transformation agenda including their global SAP Program.

Project Managing Director for the post SAP Implementation process improvement and re-organization project. The project used lean techniques such as Value Stream Mapping to identify optimization opportunities. The scope included establishing a process governance & continuous improvement group to sustain ongoing improvement initiatives.

Project Managing Director for the SAP regional roll-in of a North American subsidiary into a global SAP template based system.

Program Managing director for the SAP Enterprise, BW, SEM, and SAP Portal implementation for Global Pharmaceutical Company. The program is an integrated Finance Information Management environment that unifies and improves finance processes and systems at both the local and global levels.
