Liza Larson ‘06 is the director of external innovation for Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned food company, producing everything from cakes and icings to pizza and appetizers that are sold in retail, restaurants, and bakeries around the world. She leads Rich’s collaboration with innovators and entrepreneurs to drive new growth to Rich’s and greater value to customers. Prior to joining Rich’s, Larson’s 15-year career has followed her passion for disruptive innovation, working for large companies such as Johnson & Johnson (where she originally co-oped), Bimbo Bakeries USA and 3M Company. Larson earned her bachelor of science in business administration from the LeBow College of Business in 2006 and is currently pursuing her executive MBA at Baylor University. She resides with her husband, Mike, and two rescue pitties, Jack and Lola, outside of Austin, Texas. When not innovating, Larson enjoys volunteering with Rotary International, reading with her business book club and mentoring the emerging food/CPG startup community in Austin. *American Marketing Association alumn
