Martin is a leader in Korn Ferry’s Philadelphia office. After serving as a military officer and corporate leader, he developed a passionate interest in why organizations work the way they do and pursued a PhD in organizational behavior. Since then, Martin has guided organizations across industries in defining the operating model, culture, and talent required to implement their business strategies. Before joining Korn Ferry, Martin was a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Financial Services Human Capital practice, an Associate Partner at IBM, filled various leadership roles in other consulting organizations, the US Postal Service, Times Mirror Co., PepsiCo, and the US Army.
Martin has a PhD in Organization and Management and an MBA specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University, as well as a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NY.
