Nancy Mair

Nancy is the Global Off-Price Advisor for Empresas La Polar, the 4th largest Department Store in Chile. She is also the President of NCM Consulting, retail consultant for million-dollar businesses. Nancy is a former Senior Vice President and General Merchandising Manager of Burlington Stores and is an alumna of Drexel University. Nancy worked at Burlington for over 26 years, beginning as a Co-op and working her way up through the organization. She has led many teams of 50 people or more, responsible for more than $1 Billion in annual sales. She was part of the executive team that strategized Burlington’s turnaround and explosive growth after Bain Capital acquired the company in 2006. She left Burlington in 2018 to start her own consulting company, providing private equity, retailers and wholesalers with knowledge and understanding to evolve their current business to be successful in the off-price model.
