CPA Trek to Washington DC

Event Overview:
This event will enable up to thirty students to expand their knowledge of opportunities in the DC area. Students will have the chance to meet with regulators, lobbyists and professionals about the role accountants play in government and the agencies that guide our professional services.
The agenda for the day will include a lunch hosted by BDO upon arrival, presentations by the PCAOB and the CAQ at the Drexel DC location, and a presentation by PwC followed by a networking reception with alumni working in the DC area. Students will have to be prepared to leave campus at 7:45 am on Friday April 29, 2016.
