Get a first look at the TED Talk “We Are at War With Bacteria” that alumnus and Ernst & Young’s 2016 Technology Entrepreneur of the Year, Joe Callahan ’87, will be recording in February.

Callahan’s compelling presentation will focus on the alarming increase of infections obtained during operating room procedures and the best practices being deployed in leading institutions to eliminate them; Q & A session will follow. Before the discussion, enjoy a cocktail reception with appetizers and drinks while you network with fellow alumni and entrepreneurs.

In celebration of Drexel’s 125th anniversary and in the spirit of entrepreneurship, Dragon’s Gold, the limited-edition craft beer from Flying Fish Brewing Co. founded by alumnus Gene Muller ’84, will be served at the reception.

Cost: $10 for alumni and guests Free for faculty/staff members and Drexel students
