The Reaching Out LGBTQ MBA & Business Graduate Conference (also known at the ROMBA Conference) is the annual conference of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) graduate business school students - the world’s largest gathering of LGBTQ business students. The ROMBA Conference provides future lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender leaders from around the world the opportunity to network, learn, and improve their skills so they will emerge stronger and more confident in the business world. The conference invites current and future LGBTQ MBAs to connect annually.

In partnership with ROMBA, LeBow offers two ROMBA fellowships each Fall to qualified Full-Time MBA students. Speakers

As an experienced higher education professional, Carmita has extensive knowledge in the areas of graduate and undergraduate programming, with a specific focus devoted to the student lifecycle of adult learners. In her role, Carmita is responsible for the delivery and oversight of graduate programming, admissions and alumni relations.
