A central task of managers and managerial teams is decision-making, and both successes and failures can often be traced to an organization’s decision processes. Deploying state-of-the-art knowledge of the cognitive sciences, we will focus on ways to avoid, overcome, or mitigate major decision traps. Structured in a workshop format, this webinar will render participants aware of their own culpability in poor decision-making and tactics of mitigation.

In partnership with Drexel LeBow’s Corporate and Executive Education department; you can earn one (1) Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit in the field of Business Management and Organization for participating in this webinar.
