TEDx LeBow provides a platform for four LeBow students to present a 10-minute Ted talk focused on diversity & inclusion.
Speakers
Professional Dancer on Hamilton; LeBow Alumni
Nicole deRoux is a professional dancer, represented by Clear Talent Group, New York. Nicole is currently touring with the Hamilton Philip Company. This is her national tour debut, and she debuts with the company in the ensemble as the bullet.
She focuses on commercial musical theatre, street styles, stilettos and contemporary. She is an alumni of Broadway Dance Center’s professional semester, concentrating in street styles and theatre.
Nicole graduated from Drexel University in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in marketing and a minor in retail merchandising. Over the four years she was a dance scholarship student training in ballet and modern. Nicole was also a featured dancer/model in a national ad campaign for Drexel University, “Ambition Can’t Wait”.
Nicole’s TED talk will explore the need for more diversity and inclusion at all levels within the theatre industry, both on stage and off.

Brandon is a Junior at the LeBow College of Business studying Marketing. Brandon’s talk is entitled ‘Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion: Being Latinx in the US.’
Global Vice President, Marketing Strategy and Communications for SAP Services and Support
Mary Odabashian is inspired by the words of Henry David Thoreau to “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you’ve imagined.” As a certified coach and original co-founder of the Business Women’s Network at SAP in the U.S., she is dedicated to the growth of all colleagues and to promoting the value of diversity, equity and inclusion across the company.
As a Global Marketing VP for SAP Services and Support, she plays a key role in crafting the strategic plan to market the SAP Services and Support brand throughout the buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle; driving marketing-specific actions to grow reputation, fuel profitable growth and maximize business success for customers, SAP and partners.
A 31-year veteran of SAP, she has held many roles, including financial software consultant for some of the world’s largest companies; pre-sales director for the consumer products and retail sectors; and line of business owner for the emerging U.S. business intelligence market. Mary has lived in Germany and Australia and has traveled the world during her tenure at SAP.
Mary’s talk will explore how anyone can be a catalyst for change through personal perspective, passion and action.
