GCS Recruiter Panel: Getting and Acing the Interview
This event is part of the Career Workshops series.
Registration Option:
Recruiters receive over 100 applicants for their job posting, and many recruiters are juggling more than one job posting. How do you stand out in a sea of qualified applicants? The work begins BEFORE you apply for that job and doesn’t stop until you accept an offer.
Do you research your interviewers as well as the organization prior to an interview? How well do you know your résumé? Can you provide specific examples of what you’ve accomplished in the past and how it relates to the job you’re interviewing for? Should you negotiate the offer?
Join our panel of recruiters for tips on getting and acing the interview to learn how you can best position yourself to get the attention of a recruiter or hiring manager and receive an invite to interview with their organization. The panelists will also offer advice about what you need to do before, during and after the interview to successfully communicate your qualifications, demonstrate your professionalism and negotiate a great offer.
A Zoom link will be provided with your registration confirmation.
