The Drexel Sport Business Conference will focus on mental health within the sports industry, shedding light on the often overlooked well-being of athletes of all ages and those who contribute behind the scenes. In this pivotal discussion, our conference aims to delve into the diverse range of mental health resources available for athletes, recognizing the unique challenges they face in their pursuit of excellence. Moreover, we will turn our attention to the often-neglected mental health needs of individuals working in the sport industry, acknowledging the pressures and demands that come with their roles. By fostering an open dialogue and promoting awareness, the conference strives to contribute to a healthier and more supportive sports ecosystem for everyone involved, emphasizing the importance of mental well-being alongside physical prowess in the pursuit of athletic excellence.
