Faculty and Staff Access
If you are a member of Drexel’s faculty or staff, follow the steps below to access Qualtrics:
- Log into Drexel One at one.drexel.edu
- Navigate to the Campus+Community tab
- Click on the Qualtrics link, located under the Technology Services module
- Select No, I don’t have a preexisting account here:

- Follow the prompts that appear to create a new Qualtrics account
Once your Qualtrics account has been created, you can use the link in DrexelOne to access your account. Users must authenticate through DrexelOne in order to access their Qualtrics account. Please note that direct logins from the Qualtrics website or links from shared surveys will not work.
If you are student, you must be pre-approved by a faculty or staff member to access the Drexel Qualtrics license. If you are taking classes through LeBow, you can request that your instructor or a related staff member send Qualtrics access request on your behalf.
To do so, the faculty or staff member can send an email to email@example.com containing your first name, your Drexel username, and a brief explanation of why the Qualtrics access is needed for your account (e.g., for a research project, a LeBow student organization, or a course activity). Students who are not affiliated with LeBow should consult the following guide to request Qualtrics access: Drexel University Information Technology:Qualtrics.
If Qualtrics access is needed for all students in a particular class (e.g. for an assignment), send the course and section number, and the request will be made for all students at once. When students are given access to Qualtrics, they will be able to establish their accounts by clicking the Qualtrics link in Drexel One, and then following the account set-up instructions listed above.
