How to Install SPSS

The IBM SPSS® software platform offers advanced statistical analysis, a vast library of machine-learning algorithms, text analysis, open-source extensibility, integration with big data and seamless deployment into applications.

Drexel-Owned Computers

Windows 10 Users

  1. Open the Windows menu.
  2. Select Microsoft System Center.
  3. Launch Software Center.
  4. Select Applications from the menu on the left.
  5. Select the installer for IBM SPSS Statistics.
  6. Select Install.

### macOS Users
  1. Browse to Applications.
  2. Launch Self Service.
  3. Sign on using your Drexel credentials.
  4. Select Applications from the menu on the left.
  5. Locate the installer for SPSS.
  6. Select Install.

## Personal Computers
  1. Browse to https://software.drexel.edu.
  2. Sign on using your Drexel credentials.
  3. Select the directory that describes you.
  4. Select the directory that matches the operating system installed on your computer.
  5. Select SPSS.
  6. Select the version of SPSS you wish to download.
  7. Select the installer to download it to your computer.
  8. Browse to the location where you downloaded the installer.
  9. Launch the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
