How to Install Stata

Stata is a complete, integrated software package that provides all your data science needs—data manipulation, visualization, statistics, and reproducible reporting.

Drexel-Owned Computers

Windows 10 Users

  1. Open the Windows menu.
  2. Select Microsoft System Center.
  3. Launch Software Center.
  4. Select Applications from the menu on the left.
  5. Select the installer for Stata.
  6. Select Install.

macOS Users

  1. Open the Applications folder.
  2. Launch the Self Service app.
  3. Locate the installer for Stata and select Install.

Stata is available on any device via the LeBow vLab.

Local Installation
