Bob Gold is a CFO with over 15 years in private equity and 3 successful transactions. He is also the Chairman of the Advisory Board for DD Dannar, a privately held startup in mobile power and micro grids focused on building and supporting the intersection of clean, zero-emission energy and high-performing off-road work machinery. Throughout his career Bob has led multiple rounds of financing and equity raises. He has a history of assisting and advising early-stage companies.
Bob has built a reputation for matching strategy with sound business execution to drive results. He has managed companies through both growth and turnaround in economic cycles ranging from expansion to recession. With a strong background across many industries and a very operational focus, Bob’s accomplishments include managing corporate operations, banking, investor relations, optimizing cash in highly leveraged low liquidity environments, developing international tax strategies, as well as developing and managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
With a foundation of 13 years at the Danaher Corporation and certification in the Danaher Business System, Bob’s leadership style is that of a “player/coach,” elevating the performance of finance teams in private equity.
Bob holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA, both from Drexel University.
