Financing Energy and Sustainability Investments: The Role of C-PACE Financing

The conference will provide a forum for discussing recent trends and developments in financing investments in energy efficiency and sustainability for commercial real estate assets. Recent State/Federal legislation provides incentives for financing projects with energy efficiency and sustainability features that allow for a reduction of the overall project cost of capital while helping efforts in improving the environment, public health and safety. C-PACE financing is an important new vehicle that enables such benefits. The conference will provide updates on key provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and discuss the growing set of stakeholders in the C-PACE market at the regional and national levels.
