Drexel’s BSBA in Real Estate Management and Development graduates are prepared for career opportunities in acquisitions, land development, operations and facilities management, asset management, advertising and marketing and commercial lending. Furthermore, the curriculum offers courses that discuss and focus on specific asset types (e.g., office buildings, retail centers, industrial warehouse parks, multifamily apartments, student housing, privatized military housing, active adult living and affordable housing).
