The management major prepares students for careers in fields such as management consulting, business advisory, entrepreneurship, technology management, human resource management and project management. This major also complements other business majors, providing a versatile skill set suited to roles that blend technical and managerial expertise.
The Management major is designed to equip students with a rigorous foundation in four essential managerial skills:
Students gain both the theoretical knowledge and practical abilities needed to function as effective team players and visionary team leaders. They will learn to approach business challenges creatively, communicate persuasively, and inspire others to achieve shared strategic goals. These competencies are developed through a combination of scientific rigor and experiential learning.
Graduates are prepared for a range of careers, including client-facing roles in accounting, banking, business development and marketing, as well as analytical positions requiring cross-functional business insights, such as strategic and people analytics.
