Laurence A. Baiada Institute for Entrepreneurship

Where Drexel students turn ideas into action.

An integral part of the Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship, the mission of the Laurence A. Baiada Institute of Entrepreneurship is to extend the Close School’s capabilities so that every Drexel University student can practice entrepreneurship and be provided the resources to translate new ideas into startup companies.

Through the pillars of community, coaching, competitions, content and connections, the Baiada Institute translates the Close School’s ground-breaking curricula into disruptive ideas and breakout companies led by Drexel students from all academic disciplines.

The Baiada Institute helps connect you to funding and legal resources and provide the infrastructure you need to get things done.

The Baiada Institute provides Drexel entrepreneurs with access to individuals that can assist at any stage of a startup's life.

The Baiada Institute hosts competitions that provide an educational and experiential approach for students and recent grads to turn ideas into startups.
