Janine Collins

Janine Collins serves as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Business Area. In this role, she oversees a team of over 1,000 supply chain professionals, developing and executing strategies for the RMS Business Area Supply Chain, which encompasses over $8 billion in materials and services supporting various domestic and international programs.

With 30 years of experience in increasingly responsible positions, Ms. Collins has a strong background in supply chain management, information technology, and program management. Her tenure at Lockheed Martin has included leadership positions as the Director of Subcontract Program Management for the IWSS Line of Business, Director of the Commodity Material shared service organization for RMS, Senior Manager of Procurement Engineering, Senior Manager of Category Management, Program Manager for IT Governance, and Facilities Engineering Manager. Additionally, she has led several strategic business integration programs and corporate supply chain initiatives.

Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Ms. Collins held leadership roles in telecommunications construction and project management at Worldcom Communications and Global Crossing Telecommunications.

Ms. Collins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University. She has also completed executive education programs at MIT, UC Berkeley, and Columbia Business School enhancing her expertise in strategic leadership and supply chain management.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Ms. Collins is dedicated to mentoring and giving back to her community. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Procurement Collective.
