Directors Dialogue for Nonprofits brings together nonprofit directors and executives to engage in candid discussions of key nonprofit governance topics. As competition for funding fiercens and demands increase on nonprofits to double down on their missions and display increased financial management complexity, nonprofit board members are often faced with increased complex decision-making and demands on time.
The 2023 Directors Dialogue for Nonprofits will curate panels of top nonprofit thought leaders to engage participants in candid, closed-door governance discussions. Participants will hear firsthand accounts of the challenging experiences faced by nonprofit directors, executives and governance experts. While engaging with panelists and other participants, attendees will gain insight into the standards by which their peers oversee their respective nonprofit boards as well as cutting-edge governance practices to take back to their own nonprofit boards.
The program is limited to 40 attendees to ensure effective engagement between panelists and participants.
