Toni Brock

Toni Brock is a daughter, wife, business executive and community leader who values all of these roles as critical to her personal fulfillment. She is the Vice President of Corporate Analytics and Transparency at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), overseeing enterprise-wide HR analytics, including corporate diversity and inclusion analytics initiatives, Global Procurement analytics, the execution of Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) organizational transformation, BIA Strategy and Operation and global transparency reporting.

Over the past twenty-five years, Toni has built a reputation as a strategic-visionary leader, and brings demonstrated success in the areas of sales, incentive compensation, strategy & operations, and analytics & reporting. She motivates teams to deliver customer-oriented business solutions in alignment with the vision, values, and goals of the representative organization. An example of her high-level, far-reaching leadership was realized as she drove high profile/risk initiatives for a divestiture subsidiary, which was BMS’s OTC business in France, to success.

Throughout her career, Toni has been a champion for diversity and inclusion with strong impact. She is consistently instrumental in the development of others as she mentors and coaches colleagues. Toni serves as the executive sponsor for the Analytics Exchange Program, Career Development Team and Diversity & Inclusion Initiative within her division.

Toni holds a BS in Chemistry from St. Mary’s College and an MBA with honors from Drexel University. She is the President of the Alumni Executive MBA Advisory Board at Drexel University and a member of it’s DLBAN Board.  Toni is a member of the Women’s Leadership Board of the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School.

On a personal note, Toni enjoys downtime time with her husband, Robert and their two dogs: Sammy and Mr. Jingles. She and Robert love to travel. Toni has been quoted as saying “I come to work for my grandmother and mother, both of whom currently benefit from the critical life medicines I contribute to making”.
