The best ventures start with a crystal-clear understanding of who they serve and why it matters. In this interactive session, students will learn how to tell the difference between customer and end user, uncover real pain points through the “Jobs to Be Done” framework and run effective customer discovery interviews leveraging the “Mom Test.”

We’ll then translate those insights into a compelling value proposition and clear differentiation for your venture. You’ll walk away with a simple, repeatable process for testing ideas and making sure your solution truly resonates.
