A central task of managers and managerial teams is decision-making, and both successes and failures can often be traced to an organization’s decision processes. Deploying state-of-the-art knowledge of the cognitive sciences, we will focus on ways to avoid, overcome or mitigate major decision traps. Structured in a workshop format, this webinar renders participants aware of their own culpability in poor decision-making and tactics of mitigation.
