Dean’s Student Advisory Board Nomination Process

The Drexel LeBow Dean’s Student Advisory Board is seeking enthusiastic members who are willing to contribute their time and ideas to continually improve the undergraduate student experience at LeBow.

DSAB Nomination Process

Recruitment for DSAB occurs once per year at the start of the Spring term. All potential DSAB candidates must be nominated by a LeBow faculty and/or staff member. Nominations for the upcoming academic year are received on a rolling basis and will be reviewed at the start of the Spring term.

Nominations for students wishing to serve on DSAB for the upcoming academic year are due on March 31, 2024 11:59pm ET. Nominees will be contacted at the start of the Spring term each year on the status of their nomination. If selected to move forward for the interview process, DSAB will reach out to conduct a short, informal interview with eligible candidates.

Eligibility:

  • Must be a currently enrolled, undergraduate student with at least one major in the LeBow College of Business (including the School of Economics)
  • Must be in good academic standing with the University
  • Must be nominated by a LeBow faculty/staff member

About Dean’s Student Advisory Board (DSAB)

The Dean’s Student Advisory Board (DSAB) provides a voice for the undergraduate student body of the LeBow College of Business. DSAB members provide feedback to the College regarding the curriculum, student support services and co-curricular engagement opportunities. In addition, DSAB plans and executes programming and engagement initiatives in line with LeBow College’s strategic goals for the undergraduate programs. Since 2003, the Board’s efforts have impacted changes in the undergraduate curriculum, improved student preparedness for cooperative education and enhanced the level of engagement among the undergraduate population.
