The Center for Corporate Governance (CCG) focuses its research and programmatic efforts on advocating for leading corporate governance practices in the public and private company space. CCG provides resources and a forum to foster cross collaboration between preeminent academics, business leaders, policy makers, and other practitioners as they discuss and advocate for meaningful, substantive positions in corporate governance.
