Application Materials

What are the required materials to complete a graduate application?

Visit Graduate Application Requirements to view a full list of application materials for all graduate programs.

Do you accept a 3-year bachelor’s degree from international students?

We will accept a three-year undergraduate degree (15 years of education) from a top-rated academic institution. The degree must meet all the following criteria:

  • Equivalent to a four-year degree in the United States
  • From an accredited institution (NAAC accreditation with grade of “A” or better)
  • Your program must have Division I or First Distinction

If you are unsure your degree is equivalent to a four-year bachelor’s degree in the United States, then we recommend you obtain a course-by-course transcript evaluation.

Do all my materials need to be received by the application deadline?

Yes. Drexel University must receive all your application materials no later than the specified deadline date.

Is there a deadline to submit my official academic transcripts?

All students who enroll at Drexel University are responsible for submitting their official academic transcripts, detailing final grades and proof of degree completion, prior to the start of the term they are enrolled. Please log into your Discover Drexel Portal to review your letter of admission for further details.

Students who do not submit their official documents on time will have a hold placed on their record, preventing them from registering for the next term’s courses.

Can I submit unofficial academic transcripts?

Yes. Unofficial academic transcripts are accepted during the application process only. Transcripts can be uploaded to your online application, Discover Drexel Portal, or e-mailed directly to enroll@drexel.edu.

Students are required to submit their official academic transcripts if they are admitted and enroll in the graduate program at Drexel LeBow. All official documents must be received by the start of their entry term.

Do you require applicants to submit a GMAT or GRE exam score?

LeBow graduate programs are test optional. This means that you are welcome to include a GMAT or GRE score if you would like to. No waiver request is required.

Admission Decision Process

How long will it take to receive an admission decision?

After all materials are received, the review process will begin and can take up to 6 weeks for an admissions decision.

Do you offer conditional admission?

We do not offer conditional admission to any of our graduate programs at the LeBow College of Business. To receive an admissions decision or admissions letter, you will be required to formally apply and submit all the required application documents.

How do I know if my application materials have been received?

Please log into your Discover Drexel Portal. Items received will be labeled as “received” or “waived” on your application checklist.

Please allow up to two weeks for these items to be updated on your portal application checklist.

I’ve been accepted! How do I enroll in the program and is there an enrollment deposit?

Please log on to your Discover Drexel Portal. Click on the blue link “Confirm your enrollment and submit your deposit now” under the next steps and additional directions will be provided to you.

Students will be required to pay a non-refundable enrollment deposit. This fee will go towards your first term tuition, and it will secure your seat in the program for your accepted term.

Is the enrollment deposit refundable?

No, the enrollment deposit is not refundable.

How do I withdraw my admission or enrollment if I'm no longer interested in attending Drexel University?
