Biography
Hilary is the Associate Director of LeBow’s Center for Career Readiness. Her career in higher education started at Drexel in the Steinbright Career Development Center in 2016, where she joined as a co-op advisor working with the LeBow undergraduate student population. Hilary left the University in 2019 to become Assistant Director of Neumann University’s Career and Personal Development office where she had the opportunity to assist in the implementation of a structured internship program and student engagement software. In fall 2021, she transitioned back to Drexel working with the graduate population specializing in part time and online MBA students and now working with all populations as a part of the center. Hilary has experience aiding undergraduate, graduate, and alumni in their career journey through individualized counseling, programming, and employer outreach.
Hilary holds a BA in Psychology (2014) and MS in Higher Education Counseling and Student Affairs (2016) from West Chester University in West Chester, PA.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide career counseling to students interested in careers in finance and accounting
- Engage in employer outreach and networking events
- Conduct workshops for targeted populations on career readiness topics
