Dr. Clare Wang, University of Colorado Boulder

Dr. Wang’s research examines the roles that legal, regulatory, and financial reporting regimes play in capital markets and corporate activities. She also studies emerging forms of disclosure such as corporate accountability reporting and social media platforms. Her research has been published in each of the field’s leading journals including the Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Economics, and The Accounting Review.
