Antoinette Brock is the head of global HCP transparency reporting and operations where she has led BMS’ enterprise-wide transparency program to ensure the company’s readiness to comply numerous codes and regulations related to HCP transparency expenditure disclosure. She has developed internal processes and technical solutions to address market-level transparency laws and regulations. She serves as a change agent promoting best-in-class practices to enable global transparency reporting solutions across the enterprise including but not limited to training, communication, procedural document creation, and business process modifications. In this role, she actively works with key stakeholders to align business processes with the company’s objective of process simplification. She also works closely with the IT department to deliver applications that focus on delivering innovative solutions that align with global transparency strategies. Antoinette also serves as the executive sponsor for the Analytics Exchange Program, Career Development Team, and Diversity & Inclusion Initiative for Business Insights and Analytics. Antoinette has been with BMS for 21 years in a variety of roles including sales, incentive compensation, and trade sales & operations. Toni holds an MBA degree from Drexel’s LeBow College of Business and serves on the EMBA Advisory Board for Drexel University as well as the Drexel Women in Business Alumni Council.
