Toni loves to drive solutions to complex business problems when faced with ambiguity! Throughout her 24-year career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Toni has led numerous change efforts to create best-in-class global business solutions that drive productivity across the enterprise. Her most recent accomplishment came when Toni led the sale of UPSA, BMS’s Over the Counter business in France, to a Japanese Company. The sales generated $1.6 billion dollars in revenue.

Toni is a dynamic leader, who has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility including sales representative, incentive compensation lead, trade sales and operations account executive and marketing lead, business projects and planning lead, and global transparency reporting lead. In her current role as Vice President, Corporate Analytics & Transparency, she oversees enterprise-wide HR analytics, including corporate diversity and inclusion analytics initiatives, Global Procurement analytics, the execution of Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) organizational transformation, BIA Strategy and Operation and global transparency reporting.

Toni is a champion for diversity and inclusion and is instrumental in the development of others as she continues to mentor and coach colleagues.

In addition, she is co-president of the EMBA Alumni Board and a member of the Bridge Program Board at LeBow College of Business. Toni holds a BS in Chemistry from St. Mary’s College and an MBA from Drexel University.

On a personal note, Toni enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert, and their two dogs Sammy and Mr. Jingles in her downtime. She also loves to travel. Toni comes to work for her grandmother and mother both who currently benefit from Bristol Myers Squibb medicines.
