Ashley Chiaradio is currently the strategic and creative lead on content and special projects for Women in Retail Leadership Circle, an exclusive community of women executives at leading retailers and brands with a mission to foster leadership development for members by providing an unparalleled mix of events, content and elite connections. She joined the company in July 2019 to develop content and brand voice for the Women in Retail Brand through digital channels, and increase exposure and consumption of content, helping to shape the company’s distribution and product strategies.
Prior to joining WIRLC, Ashley held various marketing and communications positions at H2O at Home, Promo Marketing and Burlington Stores. Ashley received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Rowan University, and her MBA with a concentration in marketing from Drexel University. While at Drexel, Ashley interned full-time with QVC in the Organic Social Media department.
In her free time, Ashley volunteers with the Junior League of Philadelphia, an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community, where she currently serves as the Vice President of Membership.
