With an impressive list of employers that includes Deloitte, the world’s largest management consulting firm, to Merck, a global life science company, Ms. Haskins stands at the forefront of business enablement and information technology. With a keen eye toward competitive strategy, Ms. Haskins has held leadership positions and developed projects from early stage start-ups to publicly traded companies. As a recognized leader, she has routinely worked with corporate management and board of directors in establishing and managing corporate goals.

One striking characteristic of Ms. Haskins career is an intellectual thread based in the rare ability of new market roadmap development: connecting the dots of “the now, the new, and the next,” in information technology, strategic growth, and change management. Her ability to capitalize on innovation in order to drive profitable organic growth is reflected in her work to transform a $43B business division at Merck that involved the development of IT customer-centric innovations, and generated multiple new revenue streams. As an information technology advisor she provided expert-level technical guidance for $1B+ Global SAP deals, and has built and improved innovation systems that support excellence in innovation and consistently maximize return on investment. Throughout her career she has developed an impressive track record for leading IT transformation projects that embody innovation and risk management.

Among Ms. Haskins’ accomplishments, in 2011 she was nominated and selected to be one of 20 leaders to attend UGI University— a program that develops fast-tracked leaders in the fundamental skills and knowledge that are necessary for success at the executive level. While at Deloitte, her expertise was quickly acknowledged at the eminence level and she was invited to speak on topics such as SAP, virtual environment security, and organizational preparedness.

Ms. Haskins has a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from LeBow, Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Hampton University.
