Over 17 years’ experience in acquisitions, real estate development, raising capital, construction and asset management totaling ~$1B in transactions and project size.
Barry rejoins the Galman Group after serving as managing director for a boutique Development company specializing in urban infill multifamily development in Philadelphia where he was born and raised.
Before that, he led acquisitions for a national, institutional real estate company having established a $1.2B project pipeline in Southeast United States, PA, NJ, IN, UT and WA.
Over his career, he has developed over 1,000 luxury apartments locally valued at $300M and lead acquisitions of over 1,500 units totaling $over 250M.
Barry is passionate about real estate and even married a property manager!
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Construction Management from Drexel University.
Enjoys aquascaping and keeps several aquariums including saltwater with fish and corals.
Now living in Bucks County, PA with his wife, Joanna and son, Evan Paul.
