Altman Group of Companies
As Principal of Altman Group of Companies, Brett manages the overall operations of the company. Since 1977, he has been involved in general contracting and subcontracting operations, serving as division head, project manager, estimator, and field supervisor. Brett’s areas of expertise include construction estimating, cost controls, scheduling, management of personnel, contract negotiations, solicitation and evaluation of proposals, and coordination of field activities.
Brett is an honors graduate of Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. He is the former President of both the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia and Federation Housing, Inc., a non-profit provider of housing for seniors, and also sits on advisory boards for Drexel University. Mr. Altman serves on the Montgomery County Pennsylvania Farmland Preservation Board.
