Charles brings over 11 years of experience in Supply Chain and currently serves as the Supply Chain Director for FMC’s North America business, overseeing operations for a $1B+ revenue portfolio. He has held a range of leadership roles within Supply Chain, including Global Logistics Director, where he led a team of more than 100 logistics and trade compliance professionals across 20+ countries.
In 2024, Charles stepped outside of Supply Chain to direct FMC’s enterprise-wide restructuring initiative through the Transformation Office — an effort that successfully delivered $165 million in EBITDA savings.
He holds a B.S. in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.
